Last January I started a year-long ambassadorship with Jackson Morgan Southern Cream. I was challenged to create 12 recipes based around their flavours, and I had fun! Despite being pregnant for 9 of those months, I still had fun creating, and Dan got to taste test many of those delectable creations.
I thought I’d add in the other 3 recipes I already had, and will continue to add more as the year goes on.

Jackson Morgan Beverage & Cocktail Recipes
When the end of day rolls around, and you want nothing more than a good cocktail, I challenge you to push your mixologist skills and create something a little fancier than a beer or mixed drink. Not all of these recipes are complicated, and some you can easily put together with a little forethought.
Perfect on a cold winter day, and a good book next to the fire.
I made some for Valentine’s day this year, but I also like this one in the middle of summer heat.
Cold brew is all the rage, and once you add a shot (or two) of whiskey, you’ve got quite the St. Patrick’s day bevie on your hands.
Sometimes all you need is a tea party with friends, and a little Southern Cream to keep things punchy.
I love marshmallows, I also love coffee. Add some Whiskey Cream to that mix, and you’ve essentially got the perfect afternoon treat.
Brunch and specialty coffee go hand in hand!
Cold Hot Chocolate with a dash of peppermint is kind of the perfect antidote to eggnog overdose, eh?
Jackson Morgan Food Recipes
What I love about Jackson Morgan Southern Cream, is that it works in food recipes just as well as in cocktails! Because it has a cream base, you can easily use it in recipes that have a cream or milk component. Cakes, ice cream, pies, and baked goods! The list goes on, get creative!
The summery flavours lend themselves especially well to fruity summer baked goods.
You know summer is truly on your doorstep when you’re making boozy ice cream.
Peaches and cherries go with peachy whiskey cream, like summer and sunshine.
Who doesn’t love a bundt with a creamy glaze?!
I wondered, with some food colouring and whiskey cream could I create a tasty donut glaze? yup.
Pumpkin Spice and everything nice, with a shot of Southern Cream.
I’ve added this to my arsenal of quick and easy things to whip-up, to jazz-up ice cream, waffles, pancakes, brownies – you name it!
It makes as good a gift, as it does a seasonal treat.
