Wedding Season Gift Guide + Wrapping Paper

June 8, 2017~ gifting

Hey to hey! Have you guys received a million and one invitations to weddings this summer? We sure have. And while we can only attend one of them (most are too far for us to travel),  I will pull out all the stops to dress-up our gifts for this one, because why not?! If you’ll remember, I painted some plaid wrapping paper last winter for our Christmas gifts // here // and it was awesome. so I figured why not whip up some wedding season wrapping paper!

*Decoart sponsored this post, but all thoughts are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make PMQ for two possible.

And because the full tutorial is actually over on the DecoArt blog // here //, I thought I’d also add-in a few gift ideas for the couple who has everything. Before we get the wrapping paper under wraps *har hat I’m so funny* I thought I’d share my list of top 10 wedding gifts for the bride and groom who have everything… or the what I would want this summer if I was getting married.

Have you seen this lovely wrapping paper I made?! I created some custom sheets using large blank wrapping paper and the DecoArt Extreme Sheen paint collection. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes start to finish, and you read about it all on their blog.

It’s as simple as painting patterns on the wrapping paper, letting it dry and colour coordinating the ribbons and tassels. Full the full tutorial and all the deets head over to the DecoArt blog // here //

And remember, for the full list of colours and materials used to create these sheets of paper head over to the DecoArt blog // here //.
