Another week, another wreath! Well in this case – swags. I wanted to do something in the kitchen again this year, but now that we have the blinds in the window it’s not an ideal place for wreaths.The Juniper Berry Christmas Swags are the best of both worlds since you get all the colour and texture of a wreath, but in a more convenient shape.

Materials for the Juniper Berry Christmas Swags
- Preserved Juniper Berry
- Artificial Cedar Spray
- Bulb Ornament Bunches
- Velvet Ribbon
- Scissors & Tin Snips
- Extra Ornements
Step 1: You’ll be layering the juniper berries on top of the greenery, so start by spreading-out the greenery, since it was likely a little compressed in shipping.
Step 2: Add the juniper berry on top, and trim so that it’s about the same length as the greenery beneath it.
Step 3: Using one of the bulb ornaments, wrap the floral wire stem under the two botton branches so that they’re nice and tight.
Step 4: Attach a few more ornament picks, and thread on any extra ornaments.
Step 5: Trim the juniper berry stem, but wrap the greenery stem around the back so that you can hang it from there.
Step 6: Using the velvet ribbon, tie one length through the stem loop, and the then using a separate piece of ribbon, tie a bow around the loop to disguise all the wires.
I hung the Juniper Berry Christmas Swags on the back of the cupboard doors and I think they look fantastic! I used upside down 3M command hooks and just looped the ribbon around them over the door.
