Minted Christmas Cards

So here we are. Six (6) fridays before December 25th. Which means like three fridays until I should have my Christmas cards in the mail. Which means I need to find a Christmas card like yesterday…

Minted Christmas Cards

If you’re in a similar crunch thank goodness for Minted ! If you’re not familiar with Minted, they’re a design marketplace of independent artists from around the globe – who happen to have some stunning and affordable custom Christmas card options.

And if you needed another excuse, this year, all holiday cards are available with matching envelope designs and recipient addressing, FREE for a limited time. *HURRY  y’all.

TheMintedEnvelope

We’ve done your standard store bought cards for the past couple of years, but this year I wanted to go fro something a little more snazzy with a nice photo of us en famille. But which card to pick?!

There are so many styles to chose from this year, it can be daunting! Hand-drawn patterns, dark grey with metallic, geometric, and bold color palettes are what’s on-trend for this season. Among this year’s top trends are real foil-pressed holiday cards in gold, silver and rose gold – which I love and are very on trend with our home decor this season – and they’re available exclusively at Minted.

Do I go with the Merily Ever After card?

The Pine Garland

The Be Merry

The New Year Cheer

The Winter Botanicals

And finally, the Floral Joy

Which one would you pick? Let me know in the comments! I’m so torn and still haven’t decided.

I mean common, Minted’s Signature paper is thick and luxurious with a creamy cotton texture (yes please!), and has been optimized for photo printing (which is excellent considering the amount of time and effort I’ll put into the photo).

You can also choose 100% recycled paper (hooray!), Pearlescent paper which adds a subtle shimmer (maybe?), DoubleThick paper or even TripleThick paper (maybe not). Minted also offers 9 unique die-cut shapes. A variety of backer options allow you to add additional photos, text, and customization options to your holiday card, although I really want a one-sided card this year.

Now to take a photo! and all that it entails.
